Trainee Support Coach (Performance Support Unit)
Salary: Consultant
Employment Type: Fixed Term until 31st July 2023*
Hours of Work: 1PA – 4 hours

This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in the Scotland Deanery Performance Support Unit (PSU). The PSU is committed to helping doctors in training in Scotland meet their full potential. The postholder will devise a learning and support plan for individual trainees and signpost them to resources which may help them achieve their potential. The postholder will also be an active participant in helping the PSU evolve to anticipate and meet the wider development needs of doctors in training across Scotland.
You will be a Consultant or a Principal in General Practice and have experience in postgraduate education and trainee support. Your communication and organisational skills will be excellent.
