The Ellon Group Practice are seeking an enthusiastic, caring Salaried GP or ANP to complement our dedicated team. We pride ourselves in providing excellent evidence based patient care to our circa 15,800 practice population, with high levels of patient satisfaction and service, and ensure that every employee feels valued and respected, which underpins the success of our organisation.
Considered applicants will be fully accredited expert clinical practitioners, responsible for providing advanced clinical assessment, working autonomously, utilising high levels of decision making and clinical judgement in relation to patient care.
Communication (providing and receiving highly complex and sensitive information), highly developed specialist knowledge underpinned by theory and experience, pro-activity and good teamwork are essential skills to successfully fulfil this role.
A paperlight, EMIS and Docman practice, we strive to embrace new technology, such as Near Me video consulting, for the benefit of both our patients and staff. We are an undergraduate/GP trainee practice, hosting a postgraduate educational programme with visiting specialist Consultant speakers.
The GP team, consisting of 8 GP Partners and 2 Salaried GPs, are further supported by a strong practice management and multi-disciplinary teams, ANP, Practice Pharmacists, Chronic Disease Management, Minor Illness and Treatment Room Nurses.
