There is full and part time positions available and the salary may be pro-rata.

These vacancies will initially be based in East Kilbride Vaccination Centre. You may be moved to any of our pan-Lanarkshire bases at a later date.

This is a fixed term post until - 31/03/2022​​​​​​​

As part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will carry out routine personal care/assist with routine examination duties for patients, in support of (and supervised by), a registered nurse/clinician. The post holder will ensure a person centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to ensure and maintain quality

Strategy. The post holder will carry out assigned duties to maintain hygiene, order and safety within the ward/department environment. 

​​​​​​​​​​​Duties may vary with the type of ward/department and the degree of patient dependency.

Knowledge of personal care and related procedures or previous volunteer or work experience in a health, education or social environment.

Required to undertake on the job training and induction

Undertake mandatory HCSW standards

Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must have a full UK driving license and have access to a car.
