An opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Assistant to join the District Nursing Service in Angus. The post holder will be based in Kirriemuir Health Centre but will integrate with other locality teams within the North West Locality and Angus dependent on Service need. The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service which will mean rotation of day/evening shifts/base to ensure provision of service over the 24 hour period over 7 days.
Community experience would be an advantage for this post.
Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers
A requirement of the post is a willingness to travel across the geographical area of Angus Health & Social Care Partnership.

Hours of work are: 18.75 hours per week
Fixed Term/ Secondment: 6 months
