Service Quality Improvement (SQI) Training and Practice Supervisor
Band – 5 - Salary Scale – £26,104 - £32,915 ( pro rata )
16 hours Location- Edinburgh (SE)

As a major division within the NHS National Services Scotland the Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service (SNBTS) plays a vital role not only in the health of the people of Scotland but also on an international scale through our leading position in new product development biomedical research and donor / clinical services. Our goal is to maintain the highest standards of donor and patient care whilst remaining internationally competitive.
The post holder will support the delivery of training, learning and development for new and existing staff within Donor & Transport Services, and will oversee the management and compliance of training records for the service. The ideal candidate will be a source of knowledge and expertise in the field of training, education and development. You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work autonomously.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a PVG Scheme Disclosure Scotland check.
