A brand new post has been developed by Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP). The HSCP is seeking to recruit a Recovery Facilitator for a period of two years. The post will provide a key role in meeting the facilitation and operational requirements of CIRCLE. The post will be based in CIRCLE (Continuing in Recovery Changes Lives Entirely), a Recovery Hub in Renfrewshire which provides recovery-focused support to individuals who are affected by mental health and/or substance use. The post will contribute to the development and day-to-day operation of CIRCLE promoting life-long recovery as a desirable and achievable goal.
The post-holder must be passionate and highly motivated who will have a key role in meeting the requirements of a recovery orientated system of care. Experience of working with individuals in recovery is essential. The post-holder must be educated to HNC level or equivalent experience. A good working knowledge of IT systems is essential along with good communication and organisational skills. The lived experience of the post holder will be a central part of their role, using their knowledge and wisdom that comes with this experience to support others to achieve their own unique goals.
The shift pattern is worked Monday-Friday
