Location: Arduthie Ward, Kincardine Community Hospital. Contract: Permanent.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Staff Nurse to work on a rotational basis, day and night shifts. The shifts are 11 hours.  Full or Part time hours will be considered.

Arduthie Ward in Kincardine Community Hospital is a 19 bedded G.P. acute/rehabilitation/palliative care ward, with a Minor Injuries Unit and Out-Patients Department attached.  The unit is predominately nurse-led alongside the Multi disciplinary team. Along with the District Nursing Service we also provide nursing input and support to Edenholme Care Home.   

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, hard working individuals, to join our team.  You will have the ability to work in a busy clinical area that can have an unpredictable workload.  You must also be adaptable to the needs of a continually changing service. 

All applicants should have completed the Flying Start programme or are able to demonstrate equitable experience.

All applicants should be qualified in Intravenous Therapies, Venepuncture and Cannulation.  However training and supervision can be arranged for the successful candidates if they do not have the required skills.  

An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates.
