Band 5 Dietitian – RHCYP & CAMHS

1.0WTE – Temporary (12 Months)

The Royal Hospital For Children & Young People, Edinburgh is a tertiary teaching hospital, providing services to Lothian and across Scotland. The Department of Dietetics supports all clinical specialities, including local, regional and national services.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 5 dietitian to join our team. This post will provide a valuable opportunity to develop your dietetic skills within the paediatric and CAMHS settings. This post will work across a number of clinical areas and provide a chance for the post-holder to establish their paediatric dietetic skills. The post holder will support patients across the care continuum.

You would be expected to participate in student training (A, B & C placements) and provide support to other clinical specialties as required.

We are strongly committed to training and support for CPD and clinical governance, with annual appraisals, peer support and training opportunities to further develop your specialist clinical skills. You would be welcomed by a friendly and supportive team of 33 dietitians and support staff.
