This Weight Management, Specialist Dietitian post is an excellent career opportunity for an HCPC registered dietitian, to work within a highly experienced multi-disciplinary team. The Glasgow and Clyde Specialist Weight Management team is made up of Dietitians, Clinical Psychologists and Physiotherapists delivering NHSGGC, Tier 3 / Tier 4 weight management programme. Within the Specialist Weight Management Service protocols the post holder will deliver telephone, virtual one to one patient assessments and structured group lifestyle intervention. The post holder must be HCPC registered with relevant post-graduate experience of adult education and group intervention.
Under Annex 21 of AFG we are inviting applications from band 5 Registered Dietitians with a minimum of 18 months experience. The post holder will work through a competency framework towards a band 6 position and salary within 12 months.
