A temporary, full time post has arisen within the department to assist in the monitoring of HEAT target outcomes, capacity and efficiency measurement which will enable more accurate reporting and compliance with Government targets.
The post-holder will work directly with Clinical Psychologists and other Mental Health practitioners to select and secure appropriate psychological assessment measures and to facilitate the development, implementation and standardization of appropriate outcome measures for new developments. The Postholder will also facilitate the implementation and recording of a range of activity and capacity measuring tools to demonstrate efficient and effective use of clinical time.
The post-holder will liaise appropriately with colleagues and members of the wider multi-disciplinary teams under the line management and supervision of a Clinical Psychologist.
The department now has a complement of around 70 staff and offers a supportive environment for assistants and psychological therapists who are looking to initiate or develop their skills and extend their experience and scope of practice in recognised psychological therapies.
There is protected CPD and supervision time.
