This is a Fixed term post for 1 year (Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours.
Specialist Community Public Health Nurse/School Nurse or Public Health Nurse Degree on 3rd part of the Nursing and Midwifery Council register is essential for this post. A current driving license is desirable and experience of working with children and families affected by mental health and/or child protection is beneficial. The post holder is responsible and accountable for the management of the caseload to ensure the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programme of care. These will be developed in partnership with children and young people, families, carer’s and significant others, and will be evidence based taking into consideration the lifestyle, race, gender and cultural background, and factors which impact on physical, mental or emotional health.
The shift pattern for this post is to be negotiated
