We are looking to recruit a dynamic, experienced and well motivated individual with proven results in project management and service redesign and with an interest in weight management services for adults.  The post holder will provide oversight , co-ordination and leadership to the current projects and tests of change planned for next 11 months The post holder will work with the project staff (Dietitians and Psychologists) providing them with support and guidance to ensure  delivery of projects to timescales but is not expected to directly manage project staff.

We are keen to look at new and transformational ways of delivering the service with a view to long term sustainability and the specific projects planned for the next 11 months will be working will inform this.

We have well established networks with colleagues and key stakeholders involved in managing and delivery services for adults and families who are overweight. 

You will be ideally be based within the community dietetic adult weight management service within Aberdeen City, however we are keen to attract the right person with the right skills, experience and attributes, and will consider bases in any of the partnerships (Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire or Moray), as long as the candidate is willing to travel on occasion for any face to face work considered necessary to progress the projects.
