A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic registered nurse to apply for a band 5 Staff Nurse post which has become available within the Ophthalmology outpatient department at Stobhill Hospital. The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of the Ophthalmology team and will have the responsibility of assessment, delivery, and supervision of all care needs within an outpatient setting. You will be expected to work collaboratively with the nursing and medical team and provide high standards of patient care. You will utilise your clinical skills for the assessment of patient's needs, implementation and evaluation of care which are evidence based and you should have the ability to work to high quality clinical standards. You are required to be flexible, forward thinking, and able to work effectively within a changing and dynamic environment. You should possess excellent communication and sound decision making skills with evidence of ongoing professional development. An interest in the speciality is essential.
