An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, appropriately experienced and qualified nurse to work in Breast Clinics.  The department is situated within Edinburgh Cancer Centre and provides specialist out-patient breast services to NHS Lothian and for the South-East of Scotland.  The department provides a high quality, safe and supportive environment in order to care for patients with breast disease (malignancies and non-malignancies), meeting the identified physical and psycho-social needs of the patients.  The department provides clinics for post cancer surveillance, symptomatic assessment, Nurse Lead Pre-Operative service, specialist plastic surgery, clinical oncology amongst others; providing a management plan for patients with breast disease.

The successful applicant will deputise for the Lead Breast Clinical Nurse Specialist to lead a knowledgeable and dynamic team of nurses in the delivery and high quality of care of patients
