An opportunities has arisen an experienced and enthusiastic health visitor to work within the Health Visiting team based at the above health care facility.
The successful candidates will become key members of the Health Visiting team within Clackmannanshire locality. The team based at Clackmannanshire Community Healthcare Centre work with a varied client population, including children and families with known vulnerabilities, and cover the geographical area throughout the local authority area.
The successful candidate should be experienced in the areas of child protection, working with vulnerable families and health improvement work. Good communication and organisational skills, coupled with an ability to work within a team setting as well as independently, will be essential requirements of this posts.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for these posts.
