An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to clinically and strategically lead AHP stroke services across Lothian ensuring the highest level of clinical governance and safe practice.
The post holder, an expert clinical practitioner with experience at an advanced practice level themselves, will lead on embedding evidence into practice, driving a culture of learning and improvement through collaboration across Lothian to ensure quality and equity of access to AHP stroke services for the residents of Lothian.
The post holder will be expected to lead and influence both education and academic activity in relation to Stroke Rehabilitation working closely with higher education partners.
You should have a relevant post graduate Masters Degree and/or PhD and it is essential you have current HCPC registration.
This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
