We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated individual to support the Head of Nursing and Emergency Care Directorate managing clinical risk, quality, and training aspects of clinical governance.
You must have good investigative skills and display thoroughness, accuracy and focus when leading and initiating investigations. Display strong leadership skills to manage challenging situations and provide supportive guidance to aid resolution and closure of incidents.
Collaborative working required with key personnel including nursing, medical, clinical, and non-clinical colleagues. Partnership working extends to Fife wide investigations and working with our external agencies.
A high level of autonomy and self-directed work is required making professional and management decisions daily in relation to risk and management.
Management of complaints process including support for drafting responses, meeting with patients and relatives to discuss outcomes of both complaints and adverse events.
