An exciting and new opportunity has arisen for a registered Adult Nurse within the Complex Needs Service. The post holder will work with a newly developing Advanced Nurse Practitioner Team providing assessment, treatment and care to a high risk and complex client group who present with multiple and complex health and social care needs. This post requires you to work as part of a Health & Social Care Partnership within the City Centre. In addition to managing a complex health caseload you will also be required to support access to mainstream services. This is a new and developmental role within the service which will be based initially within a treatment room setting with potential for outreach clinics as the role evolves. The post holder will work as an integral part of the physical health team delivering treatment room services. The post holder will work closely with the Advanced Nurse Practitioners and other members of the intra-disciplinary team. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, be adaptable and have a desire to deliver high quality nursing care to an extremely vulnerable client group. Experience within a treatment room setting would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
