Contact Tracing Practitioner
Grade: Band 5 Salary Scale: £26,104 - £32,915 pro rata
37.5 hours per week, fixed term / secondment to 30th September 2022

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a COVID-19 Contact Tracing Practitioner with the Test and Protect Programme in NHS Highland. The postholders will provide integral Contact Tracing support to the Contact Tracing team, whose role is to ensure the population of Highland is protected from the spread of Covid-19. The postholder will be critical to the NHS Highland COVID-19 response.
You will be part of a supportive and friendly team (Health Protection Team) and will work closely with other Contact Tracing Practitioners and Contact Tracers and other Health Care Professionals working in Public Health.
Given the nature of the support and supervision required, you will be based in Larch House, Inverness with the Health Protection Team.

You will be based in Inverness, the capital of the Highlands, renowned for its beauty and quality of life which offers a lifestyle only dreamt of in other parts of the country. You will work in a friendly Contact Tracing Team which sits within the wider multi-disciplinary Public Health Directorate.
