An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist, predominantly based at Caithness General Hospital, Wick.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate a high standard of clinical expertise in the assessment and management of a variety of conditions.   The post holder will be expected to provide neurological, orthopaedic and elderly rehabilitation to patients in hospital and in the community.  The ability to work independently and flexibly will be required, along with excellent communication and team working skills.

The post holder will assist their Physiotherapy colleagues with the day-to-day running of the Physiotherapy Department, including the professional development of junior staff, support workers and students.  Evidence of on going professional development is expected.

A full driving licence is essential and a pool car may be available, but applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes.
