An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Nurse Team Lead within the West Dunbartonshire Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service. The team is based within Dumbarton Joint Hospital. This role will be both exciting and challenging and you will have the responsibility for clinical nurse leadership, managing, supporting and developing a team of nurses. We are looking for a professional, confident, highly motivated individual to play a key nursing clinical role to fulfill the key functions within ADRS. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to develop their existing leadership skills with the full support of the wider management structure gaining the necessary experience to achieve success at this level and beyond in the future. You will need excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, to exert influence and develop constructive working relationships with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical staff and patients, together with an intuitive, balanced and collective approach to leadership. It is essential that you are currently a Registered Nurse – Level 1 with the NMC, educated to degree level or equivalent, with substantial experience at AFC Band 6 or above and come from a nursing background.
