An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consultant Cardiologist with a specialist interest in cardiac devices to join our dynamic team within NHS Lothian. In addition to the delivery of high quality cardiology services at St John’s Hospital in Livingston, the successful applicant would be expected to contribute to the regional cardiology service based at the Edinburgh Heart Centre with dedicated sessions in complex cardiac device implantation.
The Edinburgh Heart Centre is a regional Cardiothoracic centre providing a comprehensive range of cardiac services including electrophysiology and implantable cardiac devices, complex percutaneous coronary and structural heart intervention and advanced cardiac imaging. We are supported by enthusiastic trainees, specialist nurses and physiologists.
