Here at Ayrshire and Arran we are delighted to have the opportunity to recruit to the exciting and developing role of International Recruitment Lead. This is a newly created post which will focus on leading the planning and delivery of the Board’s international recruitment programme.
As a member of the Central Employment team, you will provide leadership and specialist advice on international recruitment to enable NHS Ayrshire and Arran to effectively recruit new staff from overseas as part of the Scottish Government’s wider commitment to increase the workforce of NHS Scotland.
You will have a particular focus on the provision of a high level of individual candidate engagement and communication throughout all stages of pre- and post-recruitment which will include involvement in the recruitment process, the on-boarding process and the creation and implementing of effective induction and orientation programmes.
You will also work closely with the Board’s workforce planners and service managers to identify current recruitment challenges and determine future workforce requirements.
If you have significant experience of delivering recruitment services within the NHS or equivalent large complex organisation coupled with effective communication and project management skills, then we would encourage you to apply for this exciting job opportunity.
