Equipment Commissioning Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Baird and ANCHOR Project Office, Rosehill Annexe
Band: 7

The Baird Family Hospital and ANCHOR Centre Project will provide two new
facilities, totalling £233.2m, on the Foresterhill Health Campus by 2023.
The Baird will include Maternity, Neonatal, Reproductive, Breast, Gynaecology, Theatre
services and MRI Suite.
The ANCHOR will support oncology and haematology ambulatory services as well as including an Aseptic Pharmacy Suite. The buildings will be delivered by NHS Grampian in partnership with GRAHAM Construction.
What is the job?
This is an exciting and challenging role which will include managing and advising upon the equipment procurement budget of £17million. You will work closely with stakeholders (clinical, technical and managerial) to ensure effective, planning coordination and implementation of the equipment commissioning of both facilities.
The ideal candidate:
Experienced NHS worker at a senior level
Ability to multitask, work to deadlines, and work within an agreed budget
Aptitude for having well developed organisations skills and systems in place
Proven excellent communications skills
Attention to detail is paramount
Capable of seeing a task through from inception to completion
Experience of analysing data and presenting findings.
