Vaccination Service Manager Band 8a: £50,965 - £55,016
37.5 hours per week – Full Time, Permanent
NHS Highland is looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic service manager to lead, plan and deliver the vaccination programmes in North Highland.
The preferred candidate must have well developed leadership skills, an understanding of project management and great communication skills. Team working is essential in this role whilst working in challenging times. You are required to work collaboratively in a safe, caring and respectful way.
You will lead and manage the vaccination teams in your area ensuring they provide high quality nursing care support and advice to patients of all ages. And co-ordinate facilities, eHealth, performance and planning activities associated with delivery of the programme.
You will be educated to degree level and be able to demonstrate postgraduate learning and have at least 5 years managerial experience in a complex organisation and experience of service redesign and quality improvement.
