Provision of a confidential, comprehensive and varied administrative and secretarial support to the Community Mental Health Team also includes reception cover.
The post holder is required to use initiative and resource while exercising a high degree of confidentiality, diplomacy and tact.
The post holder is required to have excellent communication skills to ensure that information required is passed on accurately and timeously to the team.
The post-holder operates within pre-determined procedures and parameters and is required to act independently, prioritising work with periodic review from supervisor.
Workload is generated by the clinical caseload and professional roles of the multi-disciplinary team.
This post is worked Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
