This is an exciting opportunity to join the Management Team in Lochaber to lead, develop and manage an Integrated Team of Health and Social Care Practitioners within the district.
You will ensure services are delivered within budgets, and are designed to meet local needs and meet NHS Highland Health and Social Care Partnership, Lead Agency Model and Corporate Objectives. You will utilise the potential of health and social care integration to deliver improved care processes and outcomes ensuring services are person centred, delivered with professional standards, legislation and are of high quality, safe and effective.
You will travel around the district and work closely with the District Manager and the existing Integrated Team Lead to ensure the safety and well being of staff, clients and patients in Lochaber.
