Health and Social Care Moray- Mental Health Services are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 2 Health Care Support Workers to join our team.

You will be expected to provide high quality evidence-based, person centred care and support to people who experience a diverse range of mental health issues within Moray. Being a good team player and communicator is essential.

We offer a wide range of training and development opportunities to advance and develop your skills within mental health services, as part of a multidisciplinary team. Within the ward setting you are supported through your development by our experienced and friendly team members.

Ward 4 is an 18 bedded in-patient ward based at Dr Grays Hospital, Elgin. It is a stand-alone Adult Acute Mental Health Assessment ward, specialising in the care and treatment of people who experience a diverse range of Mental Health issues. A wide range of training opportunities are available and support will be given to develop skills and knowledge in this area.

Muirton

Muirton Ward is an 8 bedded unit based at Seafield Hospital in Buckie. We specialise in the assessment and treatment for those suffering from a Dementia. We are a small and friendly Multi-disciplinary team who strive to deliver the highest level of care to ensure our patient’s receive the assessments they need and have the optimum quality of life during their stay on Muirton.
