An opportunity has arisen for two Team Leaders within NHS Fife Addiction Services.
Addiction Services provide specialist treatment for people with drug and/or alcohol problems across Fife and are delivered from three main localities – Whyteman’s Brae Hospital, Cameron Hospital and Lynebank Hospital – providing treatment to the Fife-wide population – Central Fife (population of 147,370); North East Fife (population of 74,180); and, West Fife (population of 126,840).
As Team Leader, you will hold responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and operational management of a geographical team within Addiction Services. You will lead the teams on the development of services whilst maintaining a systematic approach to care and treatment for people who may be experiencing difficulties with drug and/or alcohol use.
You will be a First Level Registered Nurse with significant experience at Band 6. You will possess the ability to manage your time effectively and meet deadlines and have a mature, responsible, empathic outlook on health care delivery which respects client’s dignity and human rights.
You will be expected to work Monday to Friday but with occasional flexibility expected in line with service needs.
