The post holder will be responsible for being the first point of contact to patients and staff coming into the Charleston Centre. The post holder will deal with all telephone calls and will also be responsible for greeting patients and visitors.
Candidate should be able to work in a fast paced environment, be enthusiastic and a team player. This is a very busy environment and applicant will deal with distressing telephone calls on a regular basis due to the nature of the service.
You should have a friendly and outgoing disposition and be able to work efficiently in a stressful environment.

The shift pattern for this post is 37.5 hours 9am to 5pm
