Within this post, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of clinicians, enabling clinicians to operate effectively and efficiently.  Work in accordance with standard operating procedures.


Please note, this post is part time and salary will be pro-rata


KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB


SVQ level 2 qualification (or equivalent experience) plus extensive experience in healthcare administration or at least extensive experience in a secretarial role will be required for this role. An understanding of medical terminology and evidence of effective team working and dealing with change as well as evidence of strong communication skills with patients, clinicians and colleagues is required. Candidates should also be able to provide evidence of strong competence with relevant IT systems. The successful candidate will hold excellent organisational skills and audio typing skills.
