POA Community Mental Health Team

Hopetoun Unit, Herdmanflat Hospital

Permanent - 37.5 hours per week

We are now accepting applications from suitably qualified Registered Mental Health Nurses for the above post.

Applicants should have high professional motivation with the ability to work within the multidisciplinary and multiagency culture with some experience in working either in community or Older people mental health. previous experience including dementia is desirable

The successful applicant  will be part of an  exciting new development of providing a rapid response to our patients in the community and care homes . Along with integrated working .
