An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Outpatient team based at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. We have a permanent Band 6 Outpatient Administration Support Manager Post available as follows:
37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday 08.30am-17.00pm
The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative as well as lead a team, be self-motivated and reliable and able to prioritise conflicting demands.
They must have the ability to deal with service users and colleagues in a confident, caring and empathetic manner both over the phone and in person.
They should be well organised and methodical with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills, including experience of and knowledge of TrakCare patient management system. They will need to be resilient to cope with the demands of managing a large group of staff. Experience in implementing change and a knowledge of change management methodology is essential.
