ADMIN SUPPORT SECRETARY – BAND 3

Part Time (22.5 hours per week)

Permanent

Salary Scale £21,709 - £23,603 per annum, pro rata

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team to provide a comprehensive administrative service to support the team within the Urology Department and the new Highland Urology Centre at Raigmore Hospital.

You should have proven experience with working in an office background, possess excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills.  Audio typing with medical terminology  would be an advantage. The candidate must have the ability to work within a team environment as well as individually and will be required to act on their own initiative when dealing with day to day issues.  It is essential that candidates are competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

The ability to work well under pressure and the flexible approach to the needs of the department are essential as the post may be needed elsewhere within the department where needed.
