A vacancy has arisen for Band 2 Receptionist.


The post holder will be based in the Improvement Academy Ninewells Hospital where they will:


  • perform a range of reception and administration duties to support the efficient delivery of courses, events and meetings held face to face and virtually
  • provide administration support to the Teaching Lead to assist the efficient and effective delivery of the Improvement Academy portfolio of work


It is preferred that applicants have previous reception experience and formal administration qualifications. Experience of administrating courses or events will be an advantage.


Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers


Hours of work are:  37.5


Monday to Friday – start and finish times may vary between 8am – 6pm

Weekend working may rarely be required
