An exciting opportunity has arisen for a RMN to become a part of the nursing team in Adult Acute Admissions ward with in General Adult Services. Ravenscraig ward is a 21 bedded mixed sex ward serving the population of central fife.
This is an exciting and energetic role for an individual who is passionate about providing good quality mental health care and support within a busy and rewarding environment. The variety of the role will keep things fresh and stimulating whilst being part of a supportive team with effective management providing supervision and guidance.
• You will be a qualified RMN, with a flexible approach and want to work in a team that encourages new ideas and feedback on how to improve the service.
• You will share our values, be committed to providing a high standard of person centred care as well as developing you own skills.
• You will be confident in dealing with a wide range of situations and other professionals to provide the best care to service users within the ward.
• You will be enthusiastic about working within an ever-changing environment.
• You will work in a fully multi-disciplinary team to provide varied and comprehensive interventions.
