An exciting development opportunity has arisen in the eHealth Project Delivery Team. We are looking to recruit a Project Officer who will work with the Senior Project Manager to take forward the implementation of the Microsoft 365 (MS365) project. The post holder will provide support to the Senior Project Manager in all aspects of the project life cycle, project administration and information management and provide support and guidance to stakeholders and end users involved in the MS365 project for NHS Highland. The post holder will manage projects in accordance with PRINCE2 methodology and standards.
They will work with healthcare professionals across the Board to set out how digital technology will help transform services to provide a truly integrated and modern health and social care service. The post will include a varied and interesting range of project management duties and the post holder will work with services across contractor services, community, hospital and HSCP.
We are looking to appoint a candidate who can demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills to their daily work tasks, work well under pressure and have a high level of attention to detail. The ability to work as part of a team and have a clear understanding of the importance of customer service is key. You should be qualified to degree or diploma level with relevant equivalent experience and knowledge, preferably within the NHS or public sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who would wish to develop their project management skills. This is a full-time, fixed term post until 31 October 2022, working Monday to Friday.
