This is a full-time permanent post.
To provide a full range of administrative and clerical services to support the Family Nurse Partnership Team based at Renfrew Health and Social Work Centre. The post holder is required to provide general administration, clerical, data entry and typing services and have experience in Microsoft Office Packages. Ability to prioritise workload and work on own initiative. Must show knowledge of working in an office environment and of operation of office equipment and systems. This may be through formal training or work experience.
The post holder will work within clearly defined protocol and procedures, adhering to Board policies e.g. Health and Safety, Data Protection and Confidentiality.
Minimum of 2 years office experience
