NHS 24 are recruiting for Senior Clinicians in Dundee
We are looking for an additional two Clinical Services Managers (Band 8b) to manage our brand new regional centre in Dundee.

- A registered nurse with senior management experience, you may be a Senior Charge Nurse or a Clinical Nurse Manager
- Can provide professional support and clinical expertise to multi-disciplinary teams of clinical and non-clinical staff

About Us:
NHS 24 is the national provider of telephone and digital services including 111, NHS inform and Breathing Space.
Working with partners across health and care, we provide information and access to urgent and out-of-hours care for people across Scotland through a range of channels including telephone, website and web chat.
We currently employee over 2000 staff who work across 13 Scotland-based centres.
We have launched a new site in Dundee in November this year, and will be employing up to 300 staff. There's no such thing as a typical job at NHS 24. About the Role:
Unlike other clinical roles no two days are the same. As a Clinical Services Manager you can and do make a difference, strategically, organisationally and locally (patients, staff and partners). You are influential, are vessels of change and use our clinical skills both on an individual patient basis and strategically as well. We are one of 7 special boards and unlike a territorial board we have 2000 employees which means we are more personable with staff having greater involvement and scope to innovate.
Transferrable skills you will have will include: Service Management (resource management, capacity management, demand management); Clinical accountability with responsibility for others; Patient Safety; Clinical Staff Development; Staff Management; Strategic Development

- Shape the culture of the new centre where around 300 new staff will be based

- Work as part of a network of Clinical Services Managers across Scotland
- Receive intensive onboarding, induction and training in telehealth care
- Receive line management support from a Head of Clinical Services
- Make a highly influential contribution- as the duty CSM you will be the single point of contact for 14 Health Boards across Scotland.
