An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Rehabilitation Support Worker to join a well-established Community Rehabilitation Team. The Rehabilitation service responds to referrals from a range of areas which include; Acute, Community, and Specialist Services Within the Rehabilitation Service the post holder will provide ongoing rehab input, progression of rehab interventions and complete treatment to the point of discharging from the rehab service with a defined group of patients. The post holder will work as an effective and efficient partner in the interdisciplinary team, incorporating extended role competencies. The post holder will primarily have a clinical role, but will participate in health promotion, audit projects, student supervision and staff induction. Candidates should be able to evidence experience within a range of clinical areas including: Community setting, Adult Rehabilitation, Neurology, Orthopaedics, Medicine, Care of the Elderly Specialties A current full driving licence is required.
