This is a full-time permanent post. Shift pattern: Mon-Fri. The post is based at Royal Alexandra Hospital with rotation to other sites as required.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed, enthusiastic individual to join NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde Heart Failure Service Nurse post based within the Clyde Sector sites. The successful applicant will have qualities essential to the role include relevant experience working within cardiology services and the care of patients with Heart Failure, excellent communication skills allowing you to work with CNS colleagues, ward staff, medical staff, and other members of multidisciplinary teams. You should also have a high level of effective organisational skills to ensure accurate documentation in clinical management of patient with Heart Failure. To be considered for this post you will be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration, educated to/working towards/operating at Degree Level and have post graduate expertise within specialty / area of practice that demonstrates the required breadth of knowledge required to lead safety, effectively and efficiently. This is an exciting time for NHS GG&C’s Heart Failure service and this is an ideal post for someone looking to work within a key aspect of hospital and community services.
