The successful candadate will assist the public, staff & visitors to locate parking facilites on site, to carry out both foot & mobile patrols as a deterent for criminal activity & to participate in response to violence & aggression on wards & departments.
Applicants must have a flexible approach to work and have a well educated background.
You must have the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative, follow instructions and possess good communication skills. You must also be able to respond constructively to unpredictable situations and able to cope under pressure.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
A driving licence is essential for this post.
Hours of work are 37.5 per week, working 12 hours shifts over a 9 week rota which includes dayshift, backshift, nightshift and weekends.
