Hours: As and when Required Location: Occupational Therapy Services - Royal Cornhill Hospital and Elmwood, Aberdeen, other community bases in Grampian. Band 6

This post provides an exciting opportunity for an innovative, enthusiastic therapist to join the occupational therapy service in mental health and learning disabilities as a bank occupational therapist. You may be asked to provide cover at Royal Cornhill Hospital, Elmwood or a range of community bases in NHS Grampian in the following clinical areas – adult mental health, older adult mental health, low secure, rehabilitation, acquired brain injury, eating disorders and learning disabilities.

The post will involve working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to assess/treat patients and to work with them to maximise their function and independence.  Applicants will have considerable experience at band 5 level and be able to demonstrate transferrable knowledge and skills to work effectively within mental health and learning disabilities.
