We have 2 full time (37.5hrs) posts, fixed term for 6 months.
As a member of the Human Resources Support and Advice Unit (HRSAU) the post holder will provide responsive, professional and high quality, customer-focussed Human Resources transactional services to managers and staff across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. The post holder will be responsible for the provision of services across a range of areas including maternity, adoption, paternity, work life balance, retirement, terms and conditions of service.
The post holder will support the HR Support and Advice Unit to ensure a consistent approach to the management of all transactional Human Resources activities and support the document storage system through appropriate scanning and logging of all relevant documents.
The post holder will support the implementation, promotion and maintenance of the Human Resources website, signposting stakeholders to the website and supporting the Operational Lead to update and maintain the site as required.
The post holder will provide administrative support to the HR Support and Advice Unit across a range of Human Resources activities including ER casework and organisational change and redesign.
Knowledge, Training and Experience
• CPP (Certificate in Personnel Practice) or relevant experience in Human Resources environment.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Numeracy skills.
• Good IT skills, excellent keyboard skills and knowledge of the full MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of databases and HR information management systems.
• Demonstrate continual professional development.
• Experience of editing and uploading information to websites/portals.
• Good time management skills
The shift pattern is; 8:00 – 16:00
