NHS Ayrshire and Arran are seeking to employ a Higher Clerical Officer to work within our developing Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) Service. The CTAC service consists of nursing and HCSW staff based within General Practice in East, North and South HSCP working as part of an integrated nursing team model and wider General Practice multidisciplinary team. 

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive, confidential secretarial and administration support to the CTAC Team Leader within East, North & South Ayrshire HSCP.  

You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.  Advanced keyboard skills, with proven minute taking, electronic filing and diary management experience.  

You will have the ability to work unsupervised whilst using your own initiative, as well as being able to work to challenging timescales by organising and prioritising your own workload and having flexibility to adapt to change and last minute demands.

Experience of working in an NHS environment with an understanding of NHS interdisciplinary networks and systems are desirable.  

A car driver is essential as you may be required to travel across sites on occasion.  

Hours: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days

3x temporary Fixed Term/Secondment post for a period of 18 months
