Are you a Band 7 Team Lead/Highly Speech and Language Therapist, or ready to develop your existing leadership skills and looking to lead a dynamic team of therapists?  We currently have a full-time Band 7 Team Lead post within our SLT service. 

This is an exciting opportunity to develop highly specialist level knowledge and leadership skills in relation to CYP services in partnership with our acute, community and education colleagues.  You will lead the development of new and effective ways of working that improve care for children, young people and families.

You will be well supported by Service Manager and Team Lead colleagues in leading a team that consists of therapists and assistants.  All staff are supported to participate in a robust supervision programme and will be provided with regular CPD opportunities.

We work closely with colleagues in health, social care, voluntary services, and the third sector to provide a genuinely person-centred service.  You must be able to effectively manage your own time, demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to show appropriate highly specialist leadership skills. 

Experience of line managing staff is essential.​​​​​​​
