Please note: The below vacancy is based in Montrose House on the Isle of Arran

This role is to work as part of a team providing 24-hour nursing care to older adults in a Care Home Setting on the Isle of Arran. Montrose House works closely with our partners in Health and Social Care on the island to provide person centred, inclusive quality care to our residents. You must hold a valid registration with the MNC as an RGN and have a genuine interest in caring for older adults. This post attracts a 15% pro rata recruitment and retention allowance. 


Duties include:
•    Carrying out all nursing procedures for residents efficiently and effectively
•    Working closely with members of the local MDT to ensure responsive nursing and clinical care is provided to the residents
•    Supervise and support junior staff in aspects of their work in the care home giving guidance where appropriate
•    Maintain and improve professional knowledge and competence
•    Keep professionally updated in al areas of clinical expertise
