The Strategy and Transformation Department are looking for a number of posts to enhance our team, to contribute to the development and implementation of our programmes of work as part of our strategy and to support Health and Social Care in the Planning & Performance Management of their services.
We are looking for enthusiastic team members for our small team.
The post holder will lead, coordinate and manage the Quality Improvement Programmes across NHS Highland including Quality & Patient safety, Lean Improvement and Value Management, focusing on delivery of sustainable high quality and outcome focused, person-centred services in Highland. This post will work collaboratively between our services and with statutory and non-statutory partner organisations to ensure quality improvement plans are integrated internally and externally.
The post holder will ideally be educated to First Degree level and have relevant experience with postgraduate or other qualifications. The post holder will have substantial experience as a senior manager in the NHS or Social Work and should have a sound understanding of the Health, Acute, Community, Primary Care and Social Care agenda.
