​​​​​​​An exciting Senior Opportunity has become available within our Facilities Management (FM) team to lead the provision of FM services across the Clyde sector, including Acute and Partnership sites. ​​​​​​

This post is an integral leadership position with the responsibility and accountability to manage, develop, direct and lead service improvement and performance strategies and policies to ensure delivery of high quality, safe, efficient and effective patient care within their geographic and operational areas, and more broadly across the Directorate. 

You will ensure the maximum levels of safety and quality is achieved and maintained at all times to support the delivery of the highest standard of patient care, ensuring the efficient use of resources whilst promoting a culture that is both progressive and inclusive. You will be a key player in supporting the implementation of service delivery and development plans, together with plans for on-site developments, assisting in the business planning process leading in their own geographic Sector and across the Board.​​​​​​​

You must be educated to Masters level or equivalent, and specialist knowledge and experience gained within a large scale, complex, multi site FM environment, preferably Healthcare.

You will have demonstrable leadership, communication and interpersonal skills and a record of achievement and ability to meet strategic organisational objectives at a senior level.

As importantly, you will be able to demonstrate achievements in motivating and developing their teams, creating and maintaining a culture of high performance and operating to best in class standards through effective people management.
