Project ECHO® IT Support Officer Information Sheet ECHO (Extension of Community Health Outcomes) is a global movement which originates from the University of New Mexico. We are looking for a dynamic individual with experience of creating and maintaining digital solutions to improve integrated online and offline user experiences. The post holder will have a flair for understanding processes and encouraging others to embrace new ideas in a fast changing digital landscape. Working as part of a small team you will ensure smooth delivery of our online ECHO networks while supporting the rest of the team to maintain and implement solutions as needed around CMSs, web content, VLE platforms and Salesforce CRMs. You will have the chance to build relationships with our international ECHO partners, participate in national TEC communities of practice and liaise closely with our internal IT team. The post holder will also be responsible for supporting our trained partners to use IT solutions effectively.
COVID has created a cultural shift in approaches to IT support within healthcare and this would be an ideal opportunity to use transferable skills from other sectors as well as developing ways to apply this within Health and Social Care.
